Trip Details:
- Trip Duration: 5–6 days (Monday through Saturday)
- Travel Period: Exact dates to be determined—expected to be December 2026 / January 2027
- Sightseeing: In total, we will visit approximately 15 locations, including hotels, companies, startups, institutions (e.g., universities, ...), and restaurants.
- Expected stops
- China: Beijing, Shanghai, Hangzhou, Hong Kong, Shenzhen
- Japan: Tokyo, Osaka/Kyoto
- We will make a preliminary selection here, as we cannot fit in all locations due to time constraints.
- Costs: 2,500 EUR per participant for the organization of on-site visits, the planning and organization of the trip and the professional program, the selection and coordination of visits and discussion partners, as well as our expert guidance on site and documentation of the trip.
- Please note: The cost covers only on-site organization. Travel, lodging, and meal expenses are to be paid by participants themselves. After the deadline for expressions of interest, we will provide all officially registered participants with recommendations for local hotels and travel arrangements.
- Please book your own flights and hotels. We do not operate as a tour operator.
