Gain in-depth insights into the four dimensions of hotels’ social impact and learn how each dimension affects the four key user groups. You’ll also learn how social impact and social sustainability are interconnected—and how these aspects can be measured.

  • Beginner Level: As a hotel company, do you want to take your first steps toward achieving a greater social impact? In this workshop, you and your team will define priorities that align with your hotel’s concept and values. Start with small but effective measures.   • Advanced Level: If your hotel is already implementing initial measures for social sustainability, integrate them into an effective strategy for your hotel.
