The Fraunhofer IAO’s FutureHotel innovation network has been studying the impact of digital technologies on the hospitality industry for years. The current focus is on the question of how AI can sustainably improve the guest experience and the profitability of hotels. Based on the findings of the report “FutureHotel – AI Potential along the User Journey and its Business Potential,” this workshop offers the opportunity to identify potential and develop concrete steps for implementation.
